Shane Goodman

Project Manager

Born and raised in Northeast Florida, Shane Goodman grew up on Amelia Island and studied at the University of West Florida in Pensacola. After returning to Jacksonville to launch his professional journey, he began working with JBL Corporation in residential construction. His transition into roofing came naturally—when the opportunity arose to support JBL Roofing’s founder in building a new division, he was ready to take on the challenge.

Before stepping into his current role as Project Manager at JBL Roofing, Shane spent seven years working with a commercial waterproofing distributor, gaining deep insight into building envelope systems and watertight construction. That background, combined with hands-on experience and multiple manufacturer certifications—including GAF roof coating training—makes him a valuable asset to every project he oversees.

Shane's approach is grounded in quality, attention to detail, and a strong belief in doing the job right the first time. He takes pride in JBL Roofing’s unmatched workmanship warranty and their reputation for integrity—from small repairs to complex multi-unit installs.
For Shane, great customer service starts with being authentic and ends with a job well done. His favorite moments on the job are hearing directly from satisfied clients and seeing the impact of the team’s hard work. Outside of roofing, you’ll find him golfing, spending time at home with his wife Mel, and hanging out with their dog Biggie.
