Frequently Asked Questions

  • We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all our installations. Additionally, we include manufacturer warranties (Owens Corning, GAF, etc), but offer manufacturer extended warranties.

  • We use in-house crews for all of our installations. This allows us to control quality and stand firmly behind our workmanship guarantee.

  • Usually we're about 2-3 weeks out from the time the permit has been pulled, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

  • Owens Corning (local) & GAF are our preferred manufacturers

  • We recommend dark colors due to the asphalt base below being black, so this will keep up the appearance.

    Lighter colors will be more reflective, so this would assist with heat transfer. They won’t uphold their “new look” for as long as dark.

  • It fully depends on the square footage, pitch, materials, etc.

  • There are many different factors that can contribute to a leaking roof, such as the age of the roof, damaged shingles/ underlayment, heavy debris accumulation on the roof, flashing details, etc.

  • Absolutely! We cover all shrubbery with tarps to prevent debris damage and protect driveways to prevent staining or damage. We also run magnets for nails, performing four full sweeps of the property to ensure no items or debris are left behind.

  • Yes! We want your roof to perform at its best, so this is part of the service.

  • Yes, we offer financing.

  • Once a year to make sure they don’t have any issues like soft wood, debris backup on the roof, and to ensure your roof is in good working order. We see a lot of water intrusion that doesn’t hit the ceiling. If you see a leak on your ceiling, please give us a call.

    If you see a leak through your ceiling, it’s most likely worse than you know.

  • Yes! Each roof is different, so we custom tailor the exact services of maintenance based on your roof.

  • Most projects are 1-2 days, however the size and complexity of the project can add an additional 1-3 days.

  • An aluminum standing seam roof is what we would recommend for the longest life expectancy.
